Beirut Mobloggers videoing where journalists fear to go

More evidence that moblogging isn't just posting images of your mates... BloggingBeirut.com has apparently been getting 400,000 hits a day recently, after posting camphone video clips of the aftermath of recent Israeli bombing raids.

It shows how in situations where it’s too dangerous even for the big broadcasters to have teams on the ground, non-journalists are stepping in to fill the gap with their own cameraphone footage.
